A trip to Southern India awakened Lindsey’s desire to dive deeper into her practice with a want to learn more and share Yoga with others. She found Pure Yoga in NYC where she fell in love with the teachings and culture and quickly became part of their community earning her 200-hour teaching certification under Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu, as well as a pre-natal certification with Mary Barnes, and a Yogi Beans certification for children’s yoga. Lindsey also completed a 3-month Business of Yoga apprenticeship facilitating workshops and teacher training programs as Program Coordinator at Pure Yoga, as well as completed a 100-hour mentorship studying under Pure senior teacher Tanya Boulton focusing on Hot Power Yoga, Hot Slow Flow, and hands-on adjustments.
Lindsey teaches Hot Vinyasa Yoga at Pure Yoga East and West side studios, Vinyasa Yoga at Equinox Sports Clubs throughout Manhattan, as well as Vinyasa and Infrared Heated Flow classes at Yoga Vida’s downtown studio locations. Lindsey also teaches private Yoga and Meditation sessions in-home for clients and students of all levels. Her classes seek to target the inner strength, grace, and harmonious spirit within all of her students!
